Description'The Sectional Committee of Physics and Chemistry having given careful consideration to the paper by Mr L Silberstein on "Radiation from a spherical source and the distribution of energy in the normal spectrum", the Council have on the recommendation of th eCommittee resolved that the paper is not suitable for publication by the Society.
The mathematical interest of the papers is in itself not sufficient to justify publication and the problem treated have no relation to the subject indicated in the titled, which is the distribution of radiation in an enclosed of uniform temperature.'
