Description'In reply to your letter of July 31st I now send you back the account of your petty expenses and shall be glad to have it back here only when you are able to make it up finally for us to send in when we send a final account to the Board of Agriculture. In the letter which is going to that Department we have estimated for a balance on this account of about £15 on the strength of what you say in your letter.'
