First is the case of Mr. Cecil Godfrey, who has provided a letter from his employer stating that Mr. Godfrey is a research chemist whose work has a direct bearing on the supply of munitions of war. Second is the case of Mr. Edward Horton, who has provided a full list of his chemical qualifications.
