TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to Dr. [Arthur Thomas] Masterman, FRS
Date3 April 1916
DescriptionDear Sir,
It is proposed to take the paper by G. W. Paget and R. E. Savage, recently communicated by you, for reading on Thursday next if the authors are still in England: if they are available will you kindly send on the enclosed notice.
I presume it is not intended to publish the researches described in the paper elsewhere for some little time, as the Statutes of the Society provide that every paper recieved at the Society shall be considered the property of the Society and if the paper in question is accepted for publication the authors may not publish it elsewhere without leave of Council and until it has appeared in the Society's own publications.'
