Description'Dear Sir,
I have to aknowledge the reciept of your letter of February 12, enclosing a paper on "Weather Eccentricities at Port Madryn", and have to inform you that no paper can be recieved by the Royal Society unless it be communicated by a Fellow of the Society. I have however sent the paper to the Director of the Meteorological Office in case it may be of interest to that Department.'
