DescriptionInforms that the Memorial submitted to the Society by Sir David Bruce was laid before Council at their last meeting. Notes that the Council decided that a special meeting of the Society should be convened to consider the questions raised by the memorial, and in the meantime referred it to the Committee on whose recommendations the new Statute 12 was adopted.
