TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to Professor [Charles Scott] Sherrington, Chairman of the Physiology FRS
Date11 May 1917
DescriptionInforms Professor [Charles Scott] Sherrington that Mr. [William Bate] Hardy believes that Dr. [Thomas] Lewis' Croonian Lecture should go to a referee before it is passed for publication and suggests Professor [William Maddock] Bayliss. Asks Professor Sherrington if he concurs. Also notes that the Society have received a paper by J. C. Mottram and F. W. Edridge Green on 'Some aspects of animal colouration from the point of view of colour vision'. As Edridge Green's papers are often controversial, suggests that they should have a meeting of the Physiology Committee to consider this and other papers.
