Notes that Dr. [Arthur] Schuster suggests the word 'necessarily' somewhere in the first part of the resolution. Asks Major Lyons to settle that.

Copy of the resolution is enclosed. Provides details of the resolution made on Dr. C. [Charles] Chree's and Mr. S. [Sydney] Chapman's report on the Comparison of Magnetograph Records from Greenwich and Kew in connection with Electric Train disturbances.
