DescriptionInforms Sir Dyce Duckworth that the accountants who have charge of the claims for repayment of income tax due to the Society would like to know whether any tax has been deducted from the sum of £42.7.8., of which the Society received £8.9.6. as their share on June 11th 1915. Asks also, with reference to the sum of £1206, one-fifth of the share of the purchase money invested in the War Loan, if there was some interest included and if that interst was taxed.
