DescriptionInforms [Arthur Pillans] Laurie Esquire that his certificate for candidature for Fellowship has been suspended for the election of 1914, 1915 and 1916, however, this year resuspension was not requested. Explains that under a recent resolution of Council valid certificates will be rususpended as a matter of course for five years from their first suspension. On these grounds, explains that Mr. Laurie's certificate is valid for one more year. Also notes that candidates are expected not to take any steps to obtain signatures or promote certificates.
