DescriptionAdvises that both referees, Mr J [Joseph] Barcroft, FRS, and Professor WM [Sir William Maddock] Bayliss, FRS, have reported favourably on the paper 'Respiratory exchange of man during and after muscular exercise' by JMH Campbell, CG [Claude Gordon] Douglas, FRS, and FG Hobson for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The paper prints to about 60 pages of the 'Transactions', and requests to know whether it will wait to the next meeting of the Committee, or whether the opinion of members will be sought through correspondence.
