DescriptionAdvises that positive reports have been received from the referees for the paper, ' The stress strain properties of nitro-cellulose and the law of its optical behaviour' by EG Coker and ECG Chakko. The first referee has recommended publication in the 'Transactions of the Royal Society' The second referee suggested the possibility of a third referee to see if the paper should be published as it is or reduced. It is estimated to be 30 pages with 20 figures, a cost of £60. Asks the Chairman to minute his decision as to further action.
