TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to E H Bright, Esq, CB, MVC
Date16 July 1919
DescriptionWrites to ask which catering establishments are likely to be available for the Anniversary Dinner on 30 November, particularly as Mr Bright or his colleagues may know which hotels currently used as government offices might be returned to their original function by that date. He also asks which of these places are able to hold 250 diners, and mentions that before the war the Royal Society had the Anniversary Dinner at the Whitehall Rooms and the Hotel Metropole, but thinks it unlikely either will be free by the 30 November.
