Longstaff that, having discussed the matter of the Messel Bequest with Mr. Eric Few, it appears that the Society is not in this case precluded from taking over securities, although not Trustee Securities, while the Society of Chemical Industry is limited to certain classes of Securities. Asks that Mr. Lonstaff inform him if the Society of Chemical Industry intend on taking any immediate action on this matter.
