DescriptionInforms Sir [Joseph] Larmor that at the Meeting of the National Committee for Mathematics the following were elected as Delegates to the Congress of Mathematicians in Strasburg: Professor [Ernest William] Hobson, Sir [Joseph] Larmor, Professor [Edmund Taylor] Whittaker and Professor [William Henry] Young. Notes that the French National Committee believe a meeting before the opening of the Congress would be useful to consider the formation of a Mathematical Union under the International Research Council and have suggested September 20th.
