Suggests some ammendments to the proposal, namely: that the the Studentships should be tenable for longer than one year only, that Schools of Tropical Medicine in Great Britain nominate students and the Medical Research Council make the final selection, and that students in other subjects be nominated by other Universities and Centres of Research.
