TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Theodore Dyke Acland, 74 Brook Street, Grosvenor Square, W.
Date8 November 1892
DescriptionThe obituary notice of Sir William Gull was written by Dr Pye-Smith and it is not impossible that he may have some author copies left over. If so, Rix is sure Pye-Smith will provide one. The Society has no copies and the only other way of obtaining a copy would be to buy the number of 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' in which it was printed. Should Acland not succeed in obtaining a copy from the author, Acland will lay Pye-Smith's letter before the Senior-Secretary.
