DescriptionAsks for correction and return of the enclosed proof [not attached]. If Carter cannot attend the Soirée himself the Society could issue an admission card to Mr Hawksley's assistant or any authorised person to show the plan of Carter's instrument as it would be desirable for someone to do this. Presently no attendants are coming from Mr Hawksley's in connection with other exhibits.
