TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt], Secretary, Royal Society
Date3 June 1892
DescriptionThe paper by [Francis] Lydall and [Alfred William Sharpe] Pocklington on 'Magnetic Properties of Pure Iron' being quite short in itself (though accompanied by extensive diagrams) was not accompanied by an abstract. It is referred with a view to 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. It would seem, therefore, best not to print anything for the forthcoming meeting, and Rix shall not do so unless he hears from Rayleigh to the contrary.
