DescriptionThey are publishing in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society', a paper by Mr Charles Baron Clarke, 'On Biologic Region'. Clarke compares a system of his own with the system set forth in the frontispiece to Mr Wallace's 'Geographical Distribution of Animals', published by the Messrs. For the purposes of this comparison Wallace's map should be republished with Clarke's paper. Rix asks for permission to reproduce the map by photography and chromo-lithography.
