TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Kelvin [William Thomson], 6 Cadogan Place
Date13 July 1892
DescriptionKelvin's paper on air-leyden did not come to hand until after office hours last night so that it was not put in hand till this morning. Rix has instructed the printers to make every effort to let Kelvin have the revise today. They are in difficulty concerning the figures as White is away on holiday, but White's record does not show that any figures have yet come to hand. The manuscript is marked by Kelvin as 'A fig. will be sent.' Rix does find however that 'Nature' has them in their issue of 30 June and so Rix is sending to their office for clichés.
