DescriptionThe practice of the Society is to allow electrotypes; original blocks are never loaned. Permission of Council is needed before using blocks also, but James is instructed by Dr [Michael] Foster to order electrotypes of the blocks Heaviside wishes for at once. They should shortly therefore be received from Messrs Harrison & Sons.
