TitleCopy letter from James Hopwood Jeans, Secretary of the Royal Society; to R. O. Street Esquire; 23 Radstock Road, Elm Park, Liverpool
Date3 February 1921
DescriptionRefers to Mr. R. O. Street's paper, 'The dissipation of energuy in permanent ocean current'. Explains that it has been under consideration by the relevant Committee, who report that the second part of the paper on the relation between currents and temperatures is 'tentative' and should be defered in the hope of doing work on this on more assured lines later. Asks Mr. Street whether he would be willing to make this modification.
