TitleCopy letter from Francis Alexander Towle, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to Dr. [Ernest Hanbury] Hankin, Chemical Examiner to the Government; United Provinces and Central Provindes, Agra, India
Date16 March 1921
DescriptionComments that Dr. [Ernest Hanbury] Hankin's figures on the number of Fellows of the Society of Quaker descent is interesting. Notes that the numbers elected between 1751 and 1850 are available at the Society, however, it is unlikely anyone has the time to take them out. Suggests that Dr. Hankin's best course would be to purchase a copy of their 'Record of the Royal Society'.
