Explains that the Physics Committee are recommending the former for publication in the 'Proceedings' and recommending the latter for publication on the grounds that it 'substantially' comply with the recommendations of the referees. Asks Sir William [Henry] Bragg to enquire whether the authors would be willing to do this.
