Asks Sir Frederick [William] Andrewes to say whether or not he concurs with the suggestions. Also informs him that the President [Charles Scott Sherrington] has communicated another paper by [Kanshi] Sassa, 'The effects of constant galvanic currents upon the mammalian nerve-muscle and reflect preparations', and asks whether it can be passed under Standing Order 43.
