DescriptionInforms Sir John Cadman that the old Tyndall Student, Mr A. P. Veale, has resigned to go to India, and proposes Mr. J. G. Garrett (Lecturer on Surveying, Birmingham University) as successor, who researches mine ventilation. Also proposes that Veale receives a quarter's salary for his work alongside Professor Moss, on the physiological effects of high temperatures in mines.
