Catalytic and induced oxidation in the presence of salts of cerium' and 'Part II.—Catalytic and induced oxidation in the presenceof salts of iron'. Explains that Lowry has carefully read the papers and vouches for them, and asks Heycock whether he is content to print the papers right away in the Proceedings or whether they should go to another referee.
