Asks James Hopwood Jeans whether he should ask the Chairman if he will pass the paper under Standing Order 43. Also asks where Jeans would like to print [Willie] Sucksmith and [Leslie Fleetwood] Bates' paper 'A Null Method of Measuring the Gyro-Magnetic Ratio', communicated by Professor [Arthur Prince] Chattock.
