Part IV' by [William Arthur] Bone and suggests reducing it by cutting out Petavel's recording manometer and 5 other pages, Bone asks if this will be possible but suggests to Strutt that the paper b published in Proceeedings; Of [Owen Willans] Richardson sending in his paper 'Thermo-Dynamics of Electron Emission' which involves kinetic theory, suggests sending the paper to [Sydney] Chapman and asks if the paper should be published in Proceedings in the event of a favourable report; of receiving the paper 'A self-contained standard harmonic wave-meter' by [William David] Dye, and communicated by [Jospeh Ernest] Petavel; as it is a Transactions paper, suggests sending to [William Henry] Eccles and [Richard Tetley] Glazebrook as they have refereed on similar subjects.
