DescriptionGives thanks for the report 'The ultraviolet spark spectra of some of the elements' by Lang and states that [Robert John Strutt] Lord Rayleigh has sent in a paper by himself, 'The light of the night sky: its intensity variations when analysed by colour filters' and asks Fowler whether he would like to look through it first or have in published in Proceedings. States the paper is over the limit of 30 pages but all previous papers by Strutt have been published in Proceedings.
