C Lea and J. D Vaughan, which Rosenhain was against publishing. If he is still against its publication asks for the attached report form [not enclosed] to be filled and returned. State the paper will be discussed at the meeting of the [Engineering] Comittee as another referee has recommended publishing. 2: Asks if Rosenhain would recommend a referee or report himself on the paper, 'Recent developments in tensile testing' by J. V. Howard and S. L. Smith, which has been communicated by Dalby.
