DescriptionReplies that Hardy cannot tell Sir Ray Lankester when he was taken off the Tropical Diseases Committee without consulting the papers. Explains rule by the Council to remove 1/6 of the Committee members annually, and as the least attendence could not be used for selection, the longest serving was used as a criteria, apologises and states Lankester will be reinstated at the earliest opportunity if he wishes.
