DescriptionAsks for Members of the Physics Committee to approve the publication of the paper 'A self-contained standard harmonic wave-meter' by D. W. Dye, communicated by Sir Joseph Petavel, by filling the postcard [Not enclosed]. States that both referees have reported favourably on the paper with minor differences in suggestions. The author has now met these. States that the Secretary and Chairman of the Committee decided the power to authorise this paper for publication should be given to the Committee.
