Description | In reply to the Secretary's letter, informs him how many applications the Royal Society has received for money from the Government Publication Fund. Discusses that the Royal Society has given out all the money that was allotted, and is having to pay for Royal Society publications out of their own funds. Informs them that at least £2500 should be allotteed profitably each year without departure from the pre-war standard as regards the publications assisted. |
