DescriptionEncloses a memorandum that will hopefully answer Admiral Sir Henry Jackson's letter regarding the reprints of papers on Radio-Telegraphy previously sent to Brussels. [Enclosure not present.] Informs Jackson that the Officers will consider the question of supplying the National Committee with reprints of papers at their next meeting. Also informs Jackson that the type of the paper by Professor [Edward Victor] Appleton has been kept standing in the meantime, and that the relevant documents have been circulated to certain members of the Sub-Committee.
