DescriptionHaycraft's paper has been before the Publication Committee and they have decided that only a short abstract shall appear in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Rix asks Haycraft to prepare a short abstract for this purpose. Rix can lend Haycraft the manuscript or a copy of the proof used at the meeting, if required.
