DescriptionIn reply to Bache's letter of 28 January, Rix encloses a circular which they send to everyone who is elected into the Society [not attached], and which enables the Society to average the ages and so fix the composition fee. The fee for life composition in lieu of the annual payment of £3 has for many years past been fixed at £60. Quotes the only statute relating to this matter.
