TitleCopy letter from Hebrert Rix, to Andrew Ainslie Common
Date15 November 1892
DescriptionEncloses a dispatch from the Foreign Office which covers two letters, one from Lord Dufferin and one from M Ribot. Common will probably at once have to discuss Ribot's suggestion as to three possible sites for Common's installation. Rix therefore forwards these dispatches without submitting them to the Officers or taking copies. He must beg that Common therefore return these articles before 30 November, the date of the next Council.
