DescriptionWith reference to Darwin's letter of the 14th, Rix has submitted the remaining question to the Secretaries and understands that Dr [Michael] Foster has already arranged with Darwin that the sale of computation forms, if the parcels do not exceed the amount overpaid by Darwin above the amount of the grant, should be considered as a set-off against such overpayment.
