TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to R Wallace Stewart, Bangor
Date24 March 1893
DescriptionStewart can have six copies of his paper typewritten at his own expense, for his Examination thesis, but this would cost nearly as much as putting the paper into print.

Rix suggests Stewart has the paper printed in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' and that if the referees should report favourably, and the Committee of Papers accept it for publication, the expense of the type should then be paid by the Royal Society. If the paper should ultimately be rejected the expense would then be defrayed by Stewart himself. If Stewart agrees with this plan he should notify Rix at once so that he can get the manuscript back from the referees and proceed with the printing.
