TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to C S Allison, 1 Cloisters, Temple, E.C.
Date25 March 1893
DescriptionRix has Allison's letter of March 22nd and they shall be pleased to send Allison tickets for all semi-public occasions such as the Croonian Lecture and Soirees. It appears however that Allison is mainly interested in the weekly meetings and by present regulation these are private, except by introduction of a Fellow, and anything like reporting for the papers [newspapers] is especially prohibited.

Rix has mentioned the matter to the Officers and they have received lately one or two other similar applications so that the whole matter will be discussed in Council, and if any new regulation is made Rix shall have pleasure in communicating with Allison further.
