TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs André & Company
Date8 April 1893
DescriptionRix encloses five illustrations to go in the text of a paper by Professor [Joseph Norman] Lockyer, also spectra to form five quarto plates, folding if necessary. Also sends a specimen of the size of plate with writing for headline and correct tint of paper. Asks for an estimate of reproducing all these by 'process' and printing 1000 copies with headlines, supply of paper and all costs. Or, if they do not undertake the printing, the Society will get that done separately, and the Messrs can send estimates for the blocks only.

Refers the Messrs to Lockyer for any further information and will be glad of an early reply. [No enclosures].
