TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster
Date13 April 1893
DescriptionThe Treasurer [John Evans] asks Rix to send herewith the report of the Water Research Committee which Rix had drawn up at Foster's instance. It appears new to Evans that the Committee was empowered to draw from the Reserve Fund a second £250, as per resolution on page 14 sent herewith. Evans is of the opinion that the application which he has now put in should be withdrawn, and an application to Council for power to draw the second £250 be made instead. Rix therefore is not to print the report until he hears further from Foster.

Rix also sends a letter to London University for Foster's signature. [No enclosures].
