TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Jospeh Norman Lockyer
Date17 April 1893
DescriptionThe Society has just heard from Mr [Francis Cranmer] Penrose that he will not be able to attend the meeting next Thursday and that he thinks Lockyer would be willing to take charge of the paper under these circumstances. The abstract, lantern slides and everything else will be ready and the paper has been announced so it is very undesirable to postpone it if this can be helped.
