DescriptionRix has already summoned the Scientific Relief Committee for Monday the 24th at 4pm, at the instance of those who were in charge of Dr Gamgee's application. Rix trusts this hour will not be inconvenient. If he had know Sclater was back he would have consulted him before issuing the summonses.
