TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Thomas Gray, Rose Polytechnic Institute, Terre Haute, Indiana, United States of America
Date24 April 1893
DescriptionThe Royal Society wrote to Gray some months ago inclosing some criticism of the referees upon Gray's paper but received no reply to the letter. Rix encloses anther copy of the criticisms in question, and would be glad to know whether Gray has any remarks to make, or is prepared to adopt the suggestions. As there has already been some delay with the paper, the Secretaries have instructed Rix to go on with the printing and Rix will ask Gray to make correction in the proof, or entrust Gray's brother [Andrew Gray] to do so.
