DescriptionAsks if the manager could undertake to provide and serve the ices at the Ladies Soirée on 27th June and if they will do so, what their terms will be. They must provide all apparatus and attendants. Last year the Society used; twelve quarts of strawberry, nine of ginger and lemon, and six of orange. The rest of the refreshment department is managed by the Society's own staff.
