Date16 October 1928
DescriptionExplains to Prof. [Hugh Longbourne] Callendar that asking for the Council's approval to publish papers elsewhere is nothing but a formality, and Callendar can expect permission to republish his paper on Steam ['Steam tables and equations, extended by direct experiment to 4,000 lb./sq. in. and 400°C'] in 'Engineering'. This is on condition that the paper is not reprinted before the Council Meeting.
