TitleCopy letter from Francis Alexander Towle, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to the Director of the National Physical Laboratory; Teddington
Date16 April 1930
DescriptionThanks the Director for his letter, and informs him that the Royal Society would be pleased to have the two exhibits from the Metrology and Physics Departments for exhibition at the Soiree on 14 May. Also would like the exhibit of the work from the Radio Research Board, but fears that its spatial requirements are beyond the Royal Society's limits. Asks for someone from the National Physical Laboratory to come to the Royal Society so that they may know for certain whether room can be found for this last exhibit or not.
